Spring Overnight Oats

These overnight oats are perfect to energize your mornings! Made with nutritious Elan organic raw hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds, this vegan and gluten-free breakfast is a time saver and an absolute delight. Share your recipe images with us!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Elan Organic Raw Hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup Elan Organic Raw Walnuts
  • ¼ cup Elan Organic Raw Almonds
  • ¼ cup Elan Organic Thompson Raisins
  • 2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 pomegranate, seeds only
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the pomegranate seeds, in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next day, portion into 4 bowls and top with pomegranate seeds.
