• 1 Cortland apple, peeled, cored, and diced
• ½ cup baby spinach
• 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 banana, frozen
• ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
