Ingredients:
- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp Elan Organic Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp Elan Organic Hulled Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp Elan Organic Chia Seeds
