Ingredients:
- 1 navel orange, cut into segments
- 1 ruby grapefruit, cut into segments
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- ½ cup natural cashew butter
- ¼ cup puffed brown rice
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp Elan Organic Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tbsp Elan Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 4 tbsp Elan Organic Raw Pecans
Method:
Place the yogurt in 2 bowls and top with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with honey before serving.
