Citrus Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 navel orange, cut into segments
  • 1 ruby grapefruit, cut into segments
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup natural cashew butter
  • ¼ cup puffed brown rice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Elan Organic Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Elan Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 4 tbsp Elan Organic Raw Pecans

 

Method:

Place the yogurt in 2 bowls and top with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with honey before serving.
