Ingredients:
- 2 Elan Organic Deglet Nour Dates
- 2 tbsp Elan Organic Raw Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Greek-style coconut yogurt
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ orange, juiced
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- Pinch of salt
Method:
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed, until smooth. Serve in two cups and enjoy.
