Hemp Seed Oatmeal Bowl

 

 

This energizing oatmeal bowl is the perfect way to kickstart your day. Packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, this wholesome recipe features our nourishing organic hemp seeds and balanced toppings.


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup organic rolled oats

  • 1 cup organic almond milk

  • 1 tbsp. Elan Organic Hemp Seeds 

  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tbsp. organic almond butter

  • 2 tbsp. Elan Organic Raw Pecans

  • 1 tbsp. Elan Organic Coconut Smiles

  • A handful of fresh berries

  • 1 tbsp. organic maple syrup

 

Method:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat.

  2. Add rolled oats and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly until mixture is creamy and oats have absorbed the liquid. 

  1. Remove from heat and stir in hemp seeds and cinnamon powder. Mix well.

  2. Pour oatmeal into a bowl. 

  3. Top with almond butter, pecans, coconut smiles, fresh berries, and extra hemp seeds.

  4. Drizzle with maple syrup for a touch of sweetness.
