Matcha Smoothie

  • 1 tsp. Elan Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder, neutral or vanilla flavored
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries or other small fruits
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup or a sweetener of your choice
  • A few ice cubes


  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until all are combined. 
  • Add more milk if needed to ease mixing. 
  • Serve right away. Dust with additional matcha powder if desired.
