I am very disappointed with your customer service. I placed one order, but I was charged twice and received the items twice. I contacted your team immediately by email and message, but received no response until after the items were already delivered.
Now I’ve been told that a refund is not possible unless I return the extra items at my own expense, which is unacceptable given that the error was not mine. Not happy at all with my first use of this Elon site. I would not buy again.
