Les meilleurs !

Used to be delicious and great...not so much any more

I am a regular purchaser of this ginger and it used to be oh so good - soft, spicy and delicious. I just received my most recent box of six bags and they are terrible! Each and every bag of ginger is hard and awful tasting (the ones I could actually bite into!!). The quality has certainly declined and I won't likely be risking another $50 in the future! Do better Elan!

Honest review

As you can see everyone is writing glowing (and in some cases multiple) reviews so they can win a $25 gift card. I am going to write an honest one. All I can say is that this ginger is usually quite nice. It is a natural product and sometimes there is variation : sometimes it's soft and nice, or woody. Sometimes there is a lovely flavour of roses infused ... or occasionally onions are a problem! It must depend on where the ginger is grown or how it's processed. Normally though, it just tastes like ginger and it's good. 😁

Best organic ginger on the market. The ginger chunks are so fresh and flavorful and I frequently use them in baking or chocolate coat them for a great treat.
