In my quest to design a gluten-free diet for health reasons, I've tried many of Elan's nuts, dried fruits and seeds which are all scrumptious and fresh-tasting. But it is their walnuts that I have decided to make one of my staples. I roast them myself at 325 degrees F for about 15 minutes and they are simply delicious. Apparently, walnuts are the perfect nut - not too much of this or that (like copper for instance). Just well-balanced nutrition. I eat 1/3 cup daily and enjoy every bite.
